Collierville Arts Academy offers group fitness workouts that are amazing! Try our FitBarre workout, YogaBarre workout, FItness Kickboxing or IronMat Pilates workout offered several days/times during the week. We also offer semi-private and personal training options too.
Our professional dancers and certified trainers are ready to take you to the next level of fitness, wellness, and conditioning. Our kinesology experts and certified trainers know how to get results for you and can help you reach toward your personal best with every workout.

FitBarre is a fitness course that combines barre work and light weights for a complete body toning workout. Come enjoy our FitBarre classes in a comfortable and personalized atmosphere with professional dancers for instructors. With FitBarre you will be able to develop stronger and more lean muscle without high impact to the body, and best of all you will burn excess body fat. Collierville Arts Academy provides all equipment for the lessons.
YogaBarre is a fitness course that combines yoga, barre work, light weights and mat work for a complete body workout. Come take your fitness practice deeper in our comfortable and personalized atmosphere. This fitness course focuses attention on body alignment, strength, without impact on joints. Collierville Arts Academy does provide yoga mats for first-time class attendees and guests, after your initial class you will want to bring your own mat to classes. Be sure to check out our wonderful mats in our pro-shop too! YogaBarre will offer flexibility and strengthening of the body while countering the ill effects of our busy lives, poor posture, and weak muscles. Leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!
Fitness Kickboxing - (45minutes) Fitness kickboxing workout that burns 500+ calories - a great full body workout! You don’t need any previous martial arts training or boxing training for this workout. And you don’t need to ‘be in shape’ in order to participate! You may use our gloves for your introductory class. Once enrolled, you will need to purchase your own gloves from our pro-shop (cost $22 - $80 a pair). This is a complete body workout and includes amazing strength and cardio benefits.
Iron Mat - (45 minutes) The perfect combination of strength, flexibility, and endurance for any athlete. Our Iron Mat is a blending of Pilates mat work, free weights for strengthening the body’s core, arms, legs, and hips/butt. During the class we use other fitness gear to help develop longer, leaner muscles that will respond faster, offer greater range of motion, and reduce the risk of injury.
Your personal trainer will help you maximize your workouts to help you reach your fitness goals in a safe and efficient manner. Having a personal trainer means you will always have someone ready to help you stay motivated and dedicated to achieving success.
We schedule private training sessions at your convenience, but we ask that you purchase 5-sessions in advance following your initial free consultation/workout session with your trainer/coach. If you need to miss a session, we ask that you give your trainer 24-hour notice in advance, so that your session can be rescheduled without penalty.
